one of the things I have discovered while searching the web is that Google has accesses a huge library of pattens. and if your looking to build your own camera this can be very useful in gathering ideas and diagrams on the structure and function of the various parts and workings of a film camera. for example I have a copy of the patten for the first roll film. also I have a copy of the patten for a cardboard pinhole camera. this patten comes complete with a pattern of all the parts of a very simple but unique pinhole camera. I plan to build this one as soon as I can find a good source here in Florence for black mat board. I also plan to add a 4×5 back to it so I can use film insed of paper. I may even try to get a poloroid back for it. untill I do I will just have to settil for taking picktures with the Diana and Vitoret I got for x-mas this year.
